Another genius of M2 Panels is the compatibility of human safety with environmental stewardship. Polystyrene, the main component of our product, has been approved and certified by regulatory authorities and agencies, and is recognized as being eco-friendly with the lowest environmental impact.
EPS or expanded sintered polystyrene is at the forefront of sustainable buildingmaterials, having 3 key features:
SAFE FOR HANDLING, SAFE FOR LIVING. EPS does not release toxic fumes or noxious substances and contains neither chlorouorocarbons (CFCs) nor hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs). It is completely inert and does not cause any allergies. Being free of any organic material, it inhibits the growth of microorganisms and mold, which can be harmful to building occupants over an extended period of time.
SAVINGS ON COST, TIME AND EFFORT
Recyclable
No waste is created during production; while the production process of the M2 Panel aims at optimizing its cutting, minimizing waste. Any EPS scraps are directly recycled during production,in the plant itself.
Freon Free
It contains no chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) nor hydro chlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs).
Safe
It does not release toxic or harmful substances and is completely inert.
Besides being free of organic material
It inhibits the growth of microorganisms and mould, The mechanical and thermal properties are guaranteed for life. It does not suffer damages if exposed to steam or humidity.
Non-toxic
It does not cause allergies and/or damage to the health of those who produced or install it..
Self-extiguishing
The EPS used for M2 Panel is selfextuinguishing, i.e, once the ignition source (the flame) has been removed, the flame self-extinguishes.

FIRE-RESISTANT: EPS is inherently resistant to catching fire. It is self-extinguishing, meaning once the flame or ignition source is removed the flame dies off.
RECYCLABLE: The panel production aims to optimize the cuts while minimizing waste. Any EPS scrap is directly recycled during production in the plant.
